Throughout his career, Van Rankin has worked as an actor in several Mexican television series, including "Lola, Érase Una Vez" and "Como Dice el Dicho." He has also worked as a host of numerous television shows, such as "Hoy," "Neteando," and "El Juego de las Estrellas."

Van Rankin has won several awards for his work in Mexican television, including the TVyNovelas award for Best Male Host in 2010 and 2019. He has also received the Comunicar es Vida award from the National Communication Academy in Mexico.
